Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Haven & Order purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include the original packaging when reasonably possible
  • Include proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@havenandorder.shop

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a product defect, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Do not send a return to an address without receiving return instructions from Haven & Order first. Return instructions may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Situations

We may decline a return if the item has been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or is otherwise not in its original condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or variant, please contact us about returning your original order and placing a new order.
